How to cancel your CodaKid Account

You can cancel your CodaKid account at any time.

1. Head to https://my.codakid.com
2. Log in using your Parent account email address. You are not able to cancel accounts from the child account.
3. On the parent dashboard, click the Subscriptions button.
4. Click Cancel button next to the active subscription.
5. If you see a Reactivate button, you are all done.

The system is forcing me to make a child account
For older accounts that existed before we added child accounts, the system will require you to make a child account. Finish making your child account, and then you will be able to cancel your subscription.

My subscriptions tab says "No Active Subscriptions"
