You can cancel your CodaKid account at any time.
- Head to https://my.codakid.com
- Log in using your Parent account email address. You are not able to cancel accounts from the child account.
- On the parent dashboard, click the Subscriptions button.
- Click Cancel button next to the active subscription.
- If you see a Reactivate button, you are all done.
The system is forcing me to make a child account
For older accounts that existed before we added child accounts, the system will require you to make a child account. Finish making your child account, and then you will be able to cancel your subscription.
My subscriptions tab says "No Active Subscriptions"
