How to redeem a code.

If you got a code from our gift page, Amazon, or one of our partners this article will cover the steps needed to redeem the gift.

Here is what you can do to redeem your product:

You need to log out of the child account and then log into the parent account to redeem your subscription.
Child accounts aren't allowed to make purchases(including subscription redemptions).

1. Log into your parent account if you already have one.

2. Go to the correct link for your product(these links are listed below) and add that product to your cart.

3. Make sure that the linked product is the only one in your cart.

4. Apply the code you were given to the cart at the checkout screen. Your code will be in your email for Gift Certificates or contained in a little card in Amazon boxes.

5. You should now see a price of $0 as you had purchased the product before.

6. Check out with the cart to activate your product.
