When a parent is made and it doesn't have a connected student account, the website will send you to the student account creation page.

The page will ask for the students name, nickname(this works as the username), and password.

Your student's nickname must be between 5-15 characters long and only contain letters and numbers.

Common Issues

I submitted the student information and it's asking to submit again

This is a common bug that sometimes occurs. We are working on a fix. In the meantime, submitting the information again with a different nickname makes it work as intended. The information you submitted the first time will be the one the system uses.
