If your account shows no active subscriptions, then the account has never purchased a subscription.

If you are customer trying to cancel your subscription, make sure you are logging into the right account. The account will have the same email address as you are getting order notifications to.
If you need help locating your account, send a message to support with the following information:
First name and Last name.
Last 4 digits of the credit card used.
Order # of the subscription or any related order.
Support can help locate the subscription and get it cancelled for you.
