Roblox Studio Doesn't Match The Videos

Sometimes Roblox Studio may not match the videos. This is because Roblox Studio is constantly updating.

In September of 2025, Roblox began to roll out an update called the Next Gen Studio update which brought a completely overhauled UI to Roblox studio.

Some of our videos may not be updated to reflect this new update.

To disable the update follow these steps:
 

1. Open up Roblox Studio
2. Click File in the upper right hand corner.
3. Click Beta Features to open the Beta Features window
4. Find the "Next Gen Studio Beta" option
5. Click the Checkmark to disable it.
6. Click Save.
7. Restart Studio
