Sometimes the workspace manager takes two tries to work. If it still fails after the second time, make sure to check the following!

  • Is the computer connected to the internet? Try searching something in google to double check!

  • Are there parent restrictions on your account? Sometimes parent restrictions won't allow downloading on a child account! Try temporarily disabling parent restrictions by using the following instructions

  • Mac: Disabling Parent Restrictions
